Nestled conveniently within the Farrer Park location of Connexion, Killiney Kopitiam serves as a delightful haven for those seeking a taste of traditional Singaporean café culture. This charming café is an homage to the classic kopitiam experience, offering an enticing array of local delicacies that will surely satiate your palate.

As you step inside, you're welcomed by a clean and inviting ambience, a perfect spot for unwinding after a busy day or to refuel during your adventures. The atmosphere is vibrant yet cozy, making it a fantastic meeting point for friends or a quick pit stop solo. The friendly and accommodating staff further enhance the experience, ensuring you feel right at home.

Killiney Kopitiam's menu is a delightful selection that celebrates typical kopitiam fare with a modern twist. Start your day with their renowned Kaya Butter Toast, where the bread is toasted to a perfect crunch, enveloping deliciously rich kaya jam and a generous slab of butter that melts effortlessly into the warm bread. This simple yet satisfying dish has won patrons over, as highlighted by Joanna Ng, who describes it as "oozing with kaya and really yummy." Pair this with their indulgent yuan yang c kosong, a unique blend of coffee and tea that will awaken your senses.

For those craving something hearty, the Fried Bee Hoon stands out as a favorite; the dish strikes a perfect balance, not too oily or salty, served alongside a crunchy chicken wing for that delightful textural contrast. As noted by Erik Suwandy, the combination makes it a satisfying meal, ideal for lunch or a quick dinner.

Though the soft-boiled eggs may fall into the 'regular' category, they’re still a comforting addition to any meal, particularly when enjoyed with the crispy toast. If you're in for a quick bite, the café's system of providing beepers helps ensure your food arrives promptly, minimizing wait times without compromising quality, as YP Soo experienced during his visit.

However, be prepared for occasional reminders that closing time approaches; while the efficiency is commendable, some visitors like Ashley Liew did find themselves feeling a little rushed towards the end of their meal. Still, this is a minor quirk in an otherwise delightful experience.

In a world that often overlooks the charm of traditional cafés, Killiney Kopitiam offers a refreshing return to simplicity with its quality food and warm service. So whether you're dashing in for a quick snack between appointments or enjoying a leisurely meal with friends, this café is a must-visit destination that captures the heart of Singapore’s culinary heritage.

Minimal wait to order and there were indoor seats readily available after ordering. Drink was ready almost immediately ordering, for the toast and eggs, a beeper was issued. Counter staff was polite and advised on food waiting time between 5-10 minutes. The yuan yang c kosong was acceptable, would have preferred if toast was warm. Kaya and butter was good. Like that soy sauce and pepper are in single serving sachets.

the small coffee shop with good kopi and good Fried bee hoon with egg and wingset. the bee hoon not too salty and not oily, good combination with egg and also crunchy wing chicken. the kaya butter toast crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside and kaya taste really different with other, so it's a good kaya butter toast bread. Soft boiled Egg just regular egg. Tofu Thai Chilli, bit watery when we bite it. I think they need to figure this out, why the tofu have water when we bite it, so I'm not really recommend this tofu menu. overall nice good kopi place for grab good kaya and good bee hoon. It's a good place to get breakfast if your around the hospital.

My wife and I visited here today for the first time after her medical appointment within the medical centre. The ambience is quite nice and the inside is quite clean. The mee siam, kaya toast, and iced tea we had for dining in were decent. However we felt quite rushed with the 15 minute to closing repeatedly warned. We can easily finish in 15 minutes, and I hope there’s also understanding for someone that just finished her medical appointment. Thanks for the overall positive experience nevertheless.

Nice and polite staff who are accommodating of my requests. I've not tried their food other than the butter/kaya toast which is my favourite. I would drop by for that whenever I have a medical appointment there. Their toast is oozing with kaya and the butter is a generous slab. Really yummy!

A shop that lets you feel like you're having a Singapore morning. Enjoy kopi and kaya toast. I bought the kaya jam as a souvenir at Mustafa Centre.
